1. Operator identification and licensing

1.1 Operator

drinbet.com is operated by A2F B.V. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, platform, sportsbook, casino and related services available at https://drinbet.com (together, the “Services” or “Platform”) under the brand Drinbet.

The Services are operated by:

1.2 Licensing and regulation

drinbet.com is operated by A2F B.V. (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”, “our”) under Curaçao Gaming Authority (“CGA”) licence number OGL/2024/298/0109. According to the CGA licence certificate, A2F B.V. has been licensed since 14 April 2025.

The Operator is regulated under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, “LOK”, in force since 24 December 2024) and the applicable CGA licence conditions, policies and guidelines, including those on player protection, responsible gaming, AML/CFT, complaints/ADR, and terms and conditions.

The CGA is the licensing authority and supervisor. Information about the CGA is available at https://www.cga.cw and https://portal.cga.cw. The Operator displays the CGA digital seal on the Website in accordance with CGA requirements.

Only games of chance and related services offered under the CGA licence are regulated by the CGA. Where a player is redirected to a third-party product or entity that is not operated under this licence, that will be clearly indicated.

1.3 Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to the Services offered on drinbet.com / https://drinbet.com under the brand Drinbet. Where these Terms refer to other websites operated by A2F B.V. under the same CGA licence (for example in relation to self-exclusion), those websites are not listed here and may change from time to time as approved by the CGA.

1.4 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, ticking the acceptance checkbox, and/or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (https://legal.pro.drinbet.com/privacy-policy), our Responsible Gaming information (https://drinbet.com/responsible-gambling), our KYC/AML policy if published separately (https://drinbet.com/kyc-aml-policy), any Acceptable Use Policy, and any game- or bonus-specific rules (https://drinbet.com/bonus-terms). Passive acceptance alone (e.g. “by using the site you accept”) is not sufficient at registration. Material amendments require active re-acceptance as set out in Section 20.

2. Nature of the Services

2.1 Depending on the products offered on the Website, the Platform may provide: (a) sports betting / trading tools facilitating betting transactions with third-party bookmakers and/or with the Operator; (b) accumulator and cashout products offered by the Operator; and/or (c) casino and other remote games of chance supplied by the Operator or certified third-party providers.

2.2 Where the Platform facilitates bets with third-party bookmakers with whom you hold an account, the Platform provides an automated means to enter into such transactions. You remain fully responsible for managing those bookmaker accounts, verifying bets, and Bet selection. Odds and staking limits for bookmaker-settled Bets are determined by the relevant bookmaker. The Operator may, at its discretion, stand liability for a percentage of stakes; remaining stakes may be struck directly with bookmakers. Settlement of bookmaker Bets follows the bookmaker’s rules. Voided bets will be displayed on the Platform; you may request a screenshot of the bookie’s original bet slip.

2.3 Inclusion of a bookmaker or game provider does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.

2.4 Casino and other RNG-based games use certified random number generators / fairness testing by laboratories approved by the CGA (or equivalent approved testing as required). Game rules, odds of winning and RTP information (where applicable) are made available in the game interface or help materials.

2.5 The Operator is not a bank or other financial institution. No interest is paid on player balances.

3. Eligibility, age and prohibited jurisdictions

3.1 Minimum age

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and of legal age to gamble under the laws of your place of residence. Registration and acceptance of these Terms must be completed personally; registration or acceptance by a third party on your behalf is prohibited. Minors and other vulnerable persons (as defined under the LOK) are prohibited from participating.

3.2 One account; personal use

You may hold only one account per person with the Operator for this Website, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, acquire or allow others to use your account. Duplicate, multi and linked accounts (including across websites operated by A2F B.V. under the same licence where relevant to abuse detection) may be suspended or closed and balances withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Prohibited jurisdictions

You may not register, deposit, play or use the Services if you are located in, resident of, or ordinarily resident in any prohibited or restricted jurisdiction. Without prejudice to the Operator’s duty to comply with the laws of jurisdictions in which it offers services, participation is restricted or prohibited from at least the following:

A. LOK / CGA prohibited territories (including residents): the United States of America (US) and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Minor Outlying Islands, US Virgin Islands); the Netherlands (NL) and the other parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Aruba, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba); France (FR) and its overseas departments, collectivities and territories (French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, French Southern Territories); Australia (AU) and its external territories (Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Norfolk Island, Heard Island and McDonald Islands); and Curaçao (CW).

B. United Kingdom (GB / UK), including the Crown Dependencies (Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man).

C. FATF black list (high-risk / call for action), currently including: Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (KP / North Korea); Iran (IR); Myanmar (MM).

D. FATF grey list (increased monitoring) as of 19 June 2026, currently including: Angola (AO); Bolivia (BO); Bosnia and Herzegovina (BA); Bulgaria (BG); Cameroon (CM); Côte d’Ivoire (CI); Democratic Republic of the Congo (CD); Haiti (HT); Iraq (IQ); Kenya (KE); Kuwait (KW); Lao PDR (LA); Lebanon (LB); Monaco (MC); Nepal (NP); Papua New Guinea (PG); South Sudan (SS); Syria (SY); Venezuela (VE); Vietnam (VN); British Virgin Islands (VG); Yemen (YE).

E. Any other jurisdiction where remote gambling is illegal for you, or which the Operator, the CGA, sanctions law or payment partners designate as prohibited from time to time.

The list of prohibited jurisdictions may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the Services is lawful where you are. We may use geolocation, IP checks and other controls and may close accounts and void bets opened from prohibited territories.

4. Account registration, security and player obligations

4.1 You must register a player account and log in before participating in remote gambling.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration details and keep them updated. False or misleading information may result in suspension or closure.

4.3 You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Subject to applicable law, you are liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure credentials.

4.4 You must use the account solely for personal play (not commercial agency, unless expressly authorised), refrain from collusion, fraud, bonus abuse, use of bots/software to gain unfair advantage, money laundering, and any unlawful or abusive behaviour in chat, forums or messaging. We monitor, log and may record activity to detect unfair play. Consequences may include suspension, closure, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to authorities.

4.5 You must cooperate with investigations into interruptions, security issues and compliance checks.

5. KYC, verification, source of funds and AML/CFT

5.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) / customer due diligence will be required. We may request proof of identity, age, address, payment method ownership, source of funds and/or source of wealth, and (where applicable) beneficial ownership evidence for corporate players. Documents may need to be certified/notarised. Enhanced checks apply on a risk basis and in any event where cumulative deposits/withdrawals or other thresholds under Curaçao AML rules are met (including thresholds around XCG 4,000 / circa EUR 2,000 as referenced in CGA guidance).

5.2 You will not be permitted to withdraw funds above Operator thresholds (currently: aggregate withdrawals exceeding EUR 3,000, or such other threshold as we notify) until KYC is completed to our satisfaction. We may suspend the account or block transactions pending verification.

5.3 All transactions are monitored for AML/CFT compliance under Curaçao law (including NORUT/NOIS and related CGA regulations). Unusual or suspicious transactions may be reported to the competent authorities. Player data is screened against sanctions and PEP lists. We may be prohibited by law from informing you of certain actions.

5.4 On account closure we may seek refreshed KYC only as necessary for AML/CFT and legitimate withdrawal processing; we will not create unjustified friction for legitimate withdrawals.

5.5 Further detail may appear in a standalone KYC/AML policy; if published, it is incorporated by reference: https://drinbet.com/kyc-aml-policy.

6. Deposits, withdrawals, currency and player funds

6.1 Deposits and withdrawals are made only through your player account using the payment methods made available on the Website from time to time. Available methods and expected processing times are shown in the cashier.

6.2 Stakes and prize money are in the currency of your account (fiat and/or virtual currencies as enabled). Prize money is paid in the same currency used to place the bet/game. The Operator does not exchange currencies within the player account contrary to CGA licence conditions.

6.3 Player funds (deposits, winnings and amounts owed to players) are held with appropriate segregation / ring-fencing measures consistent with CGA licence conditions.

6.4 Withdrawals are generally remitted to the same method/account from which funds originated. Where that is not possible (e.g. closed PSP account, lost crypto wallet, sanctioned address, delisted token, chain fork), we will apply an alternative process notified to you, subject to AML/KYC and sanctions rules.

6.5 We may refuse or delay withdrawals where KYC/AML checks are incomplete, fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, there is an open investigation or chargeback risk, or law/regulation requires.

6.6 Unwagered deposits may be subject to restrictions before withdrawal as disclosed in the cashier or bonus terms.

6.7 Crypto-specific risks (volatility, irreversible transfers, network fees, delistings, forks, sanctioned addresses) are borne by the player except where caused by our proven negligence.

7. Dormant accounts

7.1 An account is “dormant” if there has been no login and no betting/gaming or financial transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (or such other period as we notify in line with CGA guidance).

7.2 Before applying dormancy consequences, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using your registered details.

7.3 Consequences may include suspension of access, eventual closure. We do not charge any fees on dormant or inactive accounts. Your balance remains available to you and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard verification checks. Remaining real-money balances on closure will be returned subject to KYC/AML checks.

8. Suspension and closure of accounts

8.1 We may suspend or close an account where: you breach these Terms; KYC fails or is refused; fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or AML concerns arise; you are in a prohibited jurisdiction; self-exclusion or regulatory order applies; or law/regulator requires.

8.2 On suspension/closure we will, where legally permitted, explain the effect on funds. Legitimate withdrawable balances will be returned subject to KYC/AML and investigation outcomes. Confiscation or limitation of winnings is addressed in Section 11.

8.3 Player-initiated closure: you may request closure via account settings or by contacting support@drinbet.com. We will confirm closure, process any withdrawable balance subject to verification, and apply responsible-gambling and AML checks. Typical confirmation timeline: within 3 business days. Closure does not cancel obligations for prior bets or investigations.

9. Sports betting, accumulators, cashout, void bets and errors

9.1 Bookmaker-settled Bets follow the relevant bookmaker’s rules. Operator-settled products (including certain Accumulators and Cashout) follow the rules in this Section and any market-specific rules shown on the Platform.

9.2 Accumulator Rules

An Accumulator combines two or more selections into a single wager. All Accumulator bets placed under these rules are placed with the Operator. Maximum bet and max net winnings payout limit for Accumulator bets in one calendar day (GMT) is EUR 50,000 (or currency equivalent), applying also to customers or groups acting together. Legs are settled on the official result of the relevant governing body (subject to corrections within 24 hours of initial settlement for reporting errors). Further detail on postponements, voids, venue changes, rounding, same-game accumulators and resettlement as set out in the Operator’s market rules continues to apply and is available on request; material market rules are also shown in the betslip/help.

9.3 Cashout Rules

Cashout bets are struck between the Operator and the customer. Cashout is not guaranteed and may fail if markets are suspended or odds move. We may suspend, reverse or void Cashout where settlement is uncertain, related bets are voided, or settlement was in error.

9.4 Cancellation, palpable errors and void bets

We may void, cancel, resettle or reverse bets/games where there are odds errors, pay-table errors, software bugs, live-dealer mistakes, palpable errors, event cancellation/postponement, fraudulent manipulation, or other circumstances making settlement unfair or incorrect. Refund eligibility and process will be applied fairly and communicated to affected players. We may amend account balances to reflect correct settlement; if the account is insufficient, you must fund the outstanding balance.

10. Casino

10.1 Maximum win limit per customer: USD 150,000 within a 24-hour period (or currency equivalent), unless a different limit is shown for a specific game. Winnings above the cap may be limited accordingly.

10.2 Manipulation of games (including bots, software or cheating) is prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

10.3 Casino games may be supplied by third-party providers certified as required by the CGA. The Operator may void bets and recover winnings where there has been an incorrect payout or fraudulent manipulation.

11. Bonuses, promotions and confiscation of winnings

11.1 Bonus and promotion terms are disclosed in the offer and/or linked bonus T&Cs (https://drinbet.com/bonus-terms). You must actively accept bonus terms before participation. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, expiry, forfeiture, game weighting and withdrawal restrictions.

11.2 We may confiscate, limit or refuse payout of winnings where: Terms or bonus rules are breached; fraud, collusion, multi-accounting or prohibited jurisdiction use is established; KYC cannot be completed; or palpable error / void circumstances apply. Reasons will be communicated where legally permitted.

12. Responsible gaming

12.1 Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or escape problems. The Operator provides responsible gaming tools and information on the Website (including an 18+ notice and links to help organisations). See: https://drinbet.com/responsible-gambling.

12.2 Tools available (via account settings and/or support) include:

12.3 Help organisations (examples; links also on the Website):

12.4 We may intervene if we detect markers of harm, including by contacting you, imposing limits, or suspending the account.

13. Self-exclusion procedure

13.1 You may self-exclude from all gambling activity under the Operator’s CGA licence — that is, from this Website and from all other websites operated by A2F B.V. under the same licence — via the Website account tools, https://drinbet.com/self-exclusion, or by contacting support@drinbet.com / live chat.

13.2 Minimum self-exclusion period: one (1) year. Longer periods up to permanent/lifetime exclusion are available. Cooling-off/time-out is a separate short-term option.

13.3 Before activation we will ask you to confirm that you understand you have chosen to self-exclude and the consequences (simple online verification).

13.4 Effect: immediate block on gambling and on opening new accounts with A2F B.V. under the same licence; marketing ceases; you should not attempt to open new accounts. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the selected period.

13.5 After the period ends, reactivation requires your written request (email/chat); we will not solicit reactivation. Fresh responsible-gambling and KYC checks may apply.

13.6 Breaches (e.g. opening a new account while excluded) may lead to closure and voiding of bets.

14. Complaints procedure and ADR

14.1 If you have a complaint, contact customer support at support@drinbet.com (or the in-product help channel), providing your account ID, relevant dates, transaction/bet IDs and a clear description of the issue. Further detail: https://drinbet.com/complaints.

14.2 Acknowledgement: we aim to acknowledge complaints promptly. Standard complaints will be addressed within four (4) weeks of receipt. Complex cases may be extended once by a further four (4) weeks with prior notice. Responsible gaming complaints (including self-exclusion failures) are prioritised and handled within five (5) business days where practicable, in line with CGA Player Complaints Policy Guidelines.

14.3 If not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate free of charge to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider certified by the CGA. Certified ADR providers are listed by the CGA; our designated ADR provider is: CGA: https://www.cga.cw/contact. ADR is available after internal complaints handling is completed.

14.4 The CGA does not decide individual player-vs-operator civil disputes, but you may report regulatory concerns to the CGA (e.g. complaints@cga.cw or via the CGA web form when available). Escalation to Curaçao courts remains available as set out in Section 21.

15. Data protection and privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://drinbet.com/privacy-policy) and applicable law (including the National Ordinance on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable, GDPR). The Privacy Policy covers collection, use, storage, sharing, retention periods and your rights. Communications relating to participation in games are retained for the period required by the LOK, AML rules and our Privacy Policy: 5 years.

16. Intellectual property and acceptable use of software

The Platform, Software and Website content are owned by or licensed to the Operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal lawful gambling. You must not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell or misuse the Platform except as permitted by mandatory law.

17. Liability

17.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Curaçao law.

17.2 The Platform is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis and may not be uninterrupted or error-free. Subject to 17.1, we are not liable for gambling losses, bookmaker decisions, third-party outages, or losses from your failure to secure credentials or manage linked bookmaker accounts, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of mandatory duties.

17.3 Subject to 17.1, our aggregate liability to you arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of: (i) the total fees/net deposits attributable to your account in the six (6) months before the claim event; and (ii) our total liability shall be limited to the amount of the stake placed on the relevant bet or transaction, or, if no bet is involved, the balance of your account at the time of the event.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Operator against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including infrastructure outages, war, epidemic, regulatory action, or third-party provider failure).

20. Amendments

20.1 We may amend these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory (including CGA/LOK), security or operational changes. The current version is always available within one click from the homepage, registration and account areas. Previous versions are available on request and archived from 24 December 2024 onwards.

20.2 We will notify you of updates (including material changes / clause references, effective date and a link). Material changes require your active re-acceptance before continued play. Non-material updates may be notified without re-acceptance. Changes are not applied retrospectively except where they do not prejudice you or correct clear errors.

20.3 If you do not accept material changes, you may stop using the Services and request account closure and withdrawal of eligible balances.

20.4 We review these Terms periodically in line with regulatory changes.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and the agreement between you and the Operator are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and the complaints/ADR process in Section 14, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.

22. Severability, entire agreement, assignment, language

22.1 If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed to the minimum extent required; the remainder stays in force.

22.2 These Terms (with incorporated policies) constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior terms, without excluding liability for fraud.

22.3 You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign to a successor or group entity, subject to regulatory requirements.

22.4 The English version prevails in case of conflict with translations, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
